Tarik Chfadi is an applied economist at the International Water Research Institute, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. Previously, he held an assistant professor position in the Agribusiness Program at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) and was an STC consultant at the World Bank in Washington DC. Dr. Chfadi received his MSc and PhD from the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Maryland, as well as a Mineral Engineering Degree from the Mohammedia School of Engineering. Dr. Chfadi is a Fulbright/MACECE exchange student and a BADC (Belgium) fellow.
