Jorge Lorenzo Lacruz is a physical geographer and a tenured professor at the University of La Rioja (Spain). Throughout 15 years of scientific career, Jorge has studied the interactions between climate and hydrological processes, assessing the influence of climate variability on water availability, resources, and the status of various hydrological systems with special focus in the Mediterrenean Region.
