Marta is a senior environmental scientist and science communicator in the Earth Sciences department at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, where she co-leads the Knowledge Integration team. She holds a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Barcelona and has more than ten years’ postdoctoral experience working on different environmental topics, including climate services and ecosystem services. Applying various communication and dissemination activities, Marta facilitates knowledge exchange with stakeholders from different sectors, geographies, and governance levels to support their adaptation to climate and environmental change.
