ECCA 2019 conference in Lisbon, Portugal

The MedECC science officer, Katarzyna Marini, participated to the 4th European Climate Change Adaptation conference (ECCA2019) in Lisbon (Portugal) from 28 to 31 May 2019. During the session “Transnational cooperation in climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction in Europe: challenges, gaps and lesson learned” held on Wednesday 29 May, she presented the overview of risks linked to climate and environmental changes in the Mediterranean region, as well as the progress of the MedECC (detailed programme of the session).

During the ECCA2019 conference the Awards ceremony of the 2nd edition of Mediterranean Climate Change Adaptation Awards was held (download the programme). K. Marini participated to the round table « Relevance of the monitoring and evaluation process in order to deliver optimal solutions, 6 case studies ».
