Salpie Djoundourian is an associate professor of Economics, currently serving as the Interim Dean of the Adnan Kassar School of Business at the Lebanese American University, Lebanon. She holds a PhD in Economics from Louisiana State University. Her primary area of expertise is Applied Microeconomics with emphasis in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and Public Finance.  She is actively involved in academic research and scholarly work as well as consultancy work for reputable organizations in both private and public sector.
