Insaf Mekki is a researcher at INRGREF she worked in the field of water and soil integrated management in arid and semiarid agrosystems. Her research focuses on observing and modeling water fluxes within complex agricultural territories with an emphasis on evaluating the impacts of land use scenarios and climate projections. She has coordinated numerous national and international programs, including the co-direction of the interdisciplinary Joint International Laboratory NAILA on the water management within Tunisian agrosystems. She has authored 55 articles in international and national peer-reviewed journals. She teaches master's level courses on climate change and hydrology.
