Lia Rapella is a PhD student at the Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique (École Polytechnique), in Paris, in collaboration with the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l'Environnement. Her thesis is focused on modelling and assessing agrivoltaics as a solution to the climate-water-energy-food nexus in the context of climate change.

Her areas of interest include renewable energy, agrivoltaics, extreme atmospheric events and strategies for adapting to and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
