A meeting of the EP’s Delegation to the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) Parliamentary Assembly (DMED) took place on Thursday 8 April 2021 from 15.00 to 17.00 (remotely from Brussels).
The main item discussed was:
Presentation of the First Mediterranean Assessment Report (MAR1) of the network of Mediterranean Experts on Climate and environmental Change (MedECC) “on the Climate and Environmental Change in the Mediterranean Basin Current Situation and Risks for the future” followed by an exchange of views with:
- Prof Dr Wolfgang Cramer and Dr Joël Guiot, MedECC Coordinators
- Mr Arnault Graves, Senior Climate Adviser of the Union for the Mediterranean Secretariat
